Governing Law
The interpretation and validity of this agreement is subject to the laws of the Province of Ontario and the Laws of Canada where applicable.
It does not matter the location in which you are, where you view this information, your location, residence, domicile, or the location of the McMackin Law office or individual you are dealing with.
Dispute Location
All disputes arising or in connection to this agreement shall be arbitrated. The location of the Arbitration shall be Oshawa, Ontario. In the case that arbitration in Oshawa, Ontario is not available then the location of the Arbitration shall be Toronto, Ontario. The arbitration shall be in English.
If you breach any terms or conditions of this agreement McMackin Law resolves the right to pursue said claim at the Superior Court of Justice location of its choosing.
