In the late 1980’s Alan McMackin became a sole practitioner in Whitby, Ontario. Shortly after beginning his Litigation practice and enjoying success, Alan purchased an office building on Green Street in Whitby in 1989. Alan’s son Ryan joined Alan’s law practice in 2014. Ryan and Alan practiced litigation out of the Green Street property until 2016 when they moved the practice to Bowmanville where it remains today.
Alan has had a successful career in which he has appeared before all levels of court and successfully assisted clients with 100’s of litigation files. While Alan’s current role is being a Deputy Judge he is an incredible mentor and role model for his son Ryan who carries on their litigation practice.
