McMackin Law was founded in the late 1980’s by Alan McMackin. In 2014 Alan was joined full time by his oldest son Ryan. Alan continued practicing law until 2019 when he decided to leave Ryan to run the family business and continue acting as a Deputy Judge only.
Ryan has benefited greatly by having one of the most experienced litigation lawyers in Ontario in his father to train him in the art of litigation. Alan argued before the Supreme Court of Canada, won dozens and dozens of Trials, provided a high-quality service to 100’s if not 1000’s of clients and has left his practice in good hands.
Ryan takes after his father in his attention to detail. The smallest thing can make the difference in each case. Ryan recognizes the key to success is not just getting results but maintaining open and honest communication with each client.
