Alan McMackin started his litigation practice in the late 1980’s. For 30 years he has served individuals and businesses located in Ajax. Alan’s son Ryan joined his practice full time in 2014. After 5 years of intensive training and mentoring Alan decided to step away from the business and focus on being a Deputy Judge. Ryan now runs the family business under the support and mentor ship of Alan.
Few lawyers have as much litigation experience as Alan. He has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, done close to 100 trials and leaves behind hundreds and hundreds of satisfied clients.
Ryan is a skilled litigator just as Alan was. He believes the key to success is in maintaining high levels of client communication and getting quality results. When you call Ryan, you will be speaking with him directly. You will be updated directly by Ryan in your case not by a law clerk or secretary who has limited knowledge of your case.
Ryan believes that the other key to success is results. This requires setting proper expectations and evaluating each individual client’s risk tolerance. He will additionally talk to you about the best way to proceed in your case given your needs and goals.
